Diesel Mechanic Technician
Construction Equipment - Excavators/Loaders

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Heavy Equipment Technician, troubleshoots and performs repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment, compact heavy equipment, light service equipment, and Diesel engines. Typical repairs include, but are not limited to, preventative maintenance inspections, hydraulic, fuel, exhaust, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and emission systems.
Company paid face to face and online training by manufacturers’ is essential and will be provided.
Requirements
- Maintains advanced knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical problems on heavy and compact equipment and related items such as pumps, generators, compactors, etc.
- Performs repair or preventative maintenance on electrical, diesel including rollers, excavators, wheel loaders, rock trucks, and other vehicles in dealer or customer fleet, to maximize safe and productive operations.
- Typical diagnostic repairs and maintenance would include work on engines, transmissions, chassis, driveline, and body components; hydraulic, air brake systems, electrical suspension systems and HVAC.
- Reads and interprets equipment condition reports and/or repair orders, communicates with supervisor for clarification of defects and discuss preventive techniques.
- Accurately completes work orders associated with diagnosis and repairing equipment for customers or dealer fleet.
- Identifies the source of malfunctions using a variety of electronic tools.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of work order labor time standards.
- Prior experience with, or knowledge of, maintenance work to be performed on heavy, light and compact equipment.
- Commercial Driver's License is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver's License.

Qualifications for Service Technician - Mechanic:
- Knowledge and operation of construction equipment would be beneficial
- Diesel engine experience would be considered an asset
- Must possess own tools
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- A friendly disposition and a safety-first attitude
- Must possess a team orientated spirit
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 7 days)
Responsibilities for Service Technician – Mechanic includes but not limited to:
- Repairing and maintaining vehicles and equipment with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and diesel equipment
- Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis
COMPANY INFORMATION
Equipment East, LLC is a heavy equipment dealer with three locations - Dracut, Massachusetts, Bow, New Hampshire and Brockton, Massachusetts. We are searching for a compact equipment sales specialist who will focus on Middlesex and Worcester counties.
POSITION SUMMARY
Promote and sell compact construction equipment throughout a designated territory with the primary goal of increasing market share and market visibility for the equipment the company sells. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to the company’s values, goals, and vision.
Territory managers are on the road everyday meeting with customers, building relationships and visiting job sites. The position requires a self-motivated, energetic, detail minded individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.
DUTIES
* Develop new prospects and manage existing customer relationships, needs and opportunities.
* Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations.
* Understand and implement OEM promotional programs.
* Maintain and develop industry contact database for designated territory.
* Make daily opportunity calls to generate new customers, including cold calling, face to face meetings and social media communication.
* Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager or upper management team.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 1-3 years of field sales experience preferred.

Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage all sales for Dealer’s assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR), including coaching and developing sales professionals, establishing marketing plans and sales strategies to expand customer base and market share within the AOR for all product lines. Direct and develop training and educational programs for clients and sales professionals for all product lines. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to the company’s values, goals and vision.
Duties
* Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet company sales goals, increase profitability and support company growth.
* Prepare action plan for each sales professional and each sales team to identify sales leads and prospects with the goal of increasing market share.
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans with coordination from OEM’s and company management.
* Provide timely feedback to senior management of sales activities and sales goals.
* Assist sales professionals in preparation of quotes, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
* Maintain contact with all clients AOR to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by sales professionals.
* Control departmental expenses to meet company budgetary guidelines.
* Recruit and hire all sales professionals based on criteria agreed upon with senior management.
* Responsible for the development and performance of all sales professionals, ensuring that they meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closing sales. Provide regular coaching and counseling to build motivation and sales skills.
* Meet regularly with sales professionals to ensure there is effective communication and understanding of their training and development needs, and to provide insight into ways to improvement their profit and overall performance.
* Support, identify and implement ongoing sales training to promote the development of a high performing sales team.
* Master and utilize the company’s CRM software to drive sales, understand market trends, increase productivity, and improve customer engagement.
* Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and ensure that they are implemented and followed by the sales team.

POSITION SUMMARY
Manage all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service to ensure that customers have a positive experience. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to the company’s values, goals and vision.
DUTIES
* Ensure that company personnel are providing welcoming, professional, and timely service to all customers.
* Proactively assess and address all the store’s needs.
* Oversee the daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory management, proper cash handling, loss prevention, safety and store appearance.

Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk

Position Details & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure collection of customer payments in a timely manner.
The qualified candidate should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness and have excellent research and negotiation skills. Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be detailed oriented and organized. Candidate should have working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office programs, the ability to work independently, take on new tasks, and assist team members as the need arises. Position Details & Responsibilities

Purpose and Scope: This team member`s job is promoting sales and rental concept to customers, educating them in proper equipment applications along with technology advancements that enable greater productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Daily sales calls
- Submit new/used sales quotes
- Divide territory into workable sub-territories
- Create a weekly territory call itinerary based upon customer and job priority
- Complete and submit call reports to management on a daily basis
- Record missed sales and rental opportunities
